Bardiah is operated by Sindibad Al Bokali. This policy applies to all Bardiah subscription plans (Starter, Studio and Agency), on both monthly and annual billing.
Refund period
You may request a full refund for any change of mind within 30 days of the order date of your first purchase or of any renewal charge. Free trials are not charged, so nothing is billed until the trial ends.
How to request a refund
Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or invoice number, or email us at support@bardiah.com and we'll arrange it for you.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes 3 to 10 business days to post the funds.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. Emails you've already exported remain yours.
